These terms govern your use of Clan Activity ("the Service") — a Discord bot and web dashboard that tracks Rust clan activity. By adding the bot or using the dashboard, you agree to these terms.
Clan Activity provides per-wipe activity tracking, leaderboards, alerts, recruit vetting and related tools, using publicly available data from BattleMetrics and information you provide. Activity figures are estimates and may not be exact.
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and comply with Discord's Terms of Service to use Clan Activity.
Don't abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, resell, or use the Service to harass others or break Discord's rules. We may suspend access for misuse.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clan Activity is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or in-game outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior month.
We may update these terms or the Service. You may stop using it anytime by removing the bot. We may suspend or end access for violations.

We rely on Discord (login & bot), BattleMetrics (public activity data), and PayNow (payments — they process all billing and hold any payment details). We don't share your data with anyone else.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in to the dashboard. No tracking or advertising cookies.
We keep your data while you use the Service. You can remove your registration anytime with /unregister, and removing the bot stops collection. To request deletion of your data, email support@clanactivity.com.
Clan Activity isn't directed at anyone under 13.
